She and the team at Operations Agency are determined to help businesses connect their teams with more resources that allow them to truly thrive. Alyson is mom to two young sons and enjoys hiking with her family in her new home state of Colorado.

Lauren is a native of Franklin, Tennessee. After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, she began her career in the promotional products industry in sales and office management. She was soon led to Nashville where she worked in both the events and insurance industries. Her varied experience has ultimately revealed her passion for helping others and serving as a guide and cheerleader as their goals are reached.  

She is the proud mom of two rambunctious boys, Carson (7) and Cannon (5). When not spending time with her family, Lauren enjoys working out, being on the lake, traveling, and cake decorating.

Meet Bree, a California native, who earned her degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Marketing Management from California Polytechnic University. Leveraging her education, Bree has excelled in various sales and marketing roles, effectively managing teams and driving successful campaigns. Her leadership and creativity have helped her build strong relationships and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced industry.

In her free time, Bree enjoys exploring the sunny central coast of California with her family, cherishing moments spent hiking, playing, and creating lasting memories together.

When Kelsy is not navigating the complexities of executive support, you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her dog, Penny, solving jigsaw puzzles, or immersing herself in the local community. Her journey from the beaches of Florida to the green mountains of Vermont is one of many signifiers that reflects her adaptability, resilience, and continuous pursuit of growth, both professionally and personally.
